Fundraiser Full- Time- St John Ambulance

Join Trinity Group and help support one of the UK's most trusted charities, St John Ambulance.

As part of our current campaign, you'll help raise support for expanding first aid training across various youth initiatives, equipping young people with essential life-saving skills and helping create safer communities across the UK.

The Role

As a Charity Fundraiser, you'll engage with members of the public at private-site venues and residential locations, raising awareness of St John Ambulance's work and inspiring people to become long-term supporters.

No previous fundraising experience is required – full training is provided.

What We Offer:

● Training pay: £511 per week (38 hours a week or pro‐rata) for your first 4 weeks

● Post‐training pay: £611 per week (38 hours a week or pro‐rata), plus uncapped commission and monthly performance bonuses

● Realistic OTE ~£45k, with top performers earning more (performance‐dependent; not guaranteed)

● Travel allowance: £50 weekly fuel allowance or £10 per day

● 28 days’ paid holiday (incl. bank holidays) and workplace pension

● Fully paid, industry‐leading training & onboarding from St John Ambulance.

● Full‐time and part‐time roles available

● Progression structure for those wanting to grow into leadership roles.

Your Working Week:

● Variable hours depending on site/campaign; standard pattern is 10:00–18:00,

Monday–Friday

● Daily structure: 7.5 hours of work with a 30‐minute break

● Optional weekend shifts available on a volunteer basis

● Local radius: Work within ~1 hour 15 minutes of your office; any road trips away from home are entirely voluntary, fully expensed, and never a condition of employment

You will:

● Inspire people to become regular donors for St John Ambulance

● Engage the public in meaningful conversations at well‐run campaign sites

● Set up displays, maintain a welcoming presence, and uphold brand standards

● Collaborate on events and initiatives with your team

● Input accurate data and assist with donor onboarding

● Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team culture
