DNA Kids is a family-run children’s entertainment company with over 35 years of experience, delivering high-energy parties across the UK.

Since launching in 1991, we’ve hosted 90,000+ events nationwide and continue to grow every year.

As part of that growth, we’re expanding our sports coaching team — delivering football, multi-sports and sports day-style parties for children aged 4–12.

This is not a sideline role — you’ll be leading sessions yourself, running the energy, structure and flow from start to finish.

The Role

You’ll be leading fun, structured sports sessions where you’re in control of the group from the moment you arrive.

Sessions are designed to be active, engaging and well-organised — combining games, challenges and interaction to keep children focused and having fun.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading football, multi-sports and sports day-style activities
• Managing group energy and behaviour
• Giving clear instructions and keeping sessions flowing
• Creating a fun, confident and organised environment

Where Sessions Take Place

Events take place in homes, gardens, parks and local venues across your area.

You'll deliver children's sports parties across Harlow and the surrounding areas, including:

• Harlow
• Epping
• Bishop's Stortford
• Sawbridgeworth
• Hertford
• Welwyn Garden City
• Stevenage
• Luton

We aim to schedule sessions efficiently to keep travel practical.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are comfortable leading from the front and working with children.

You’ll need to be:

• Confident managing and directing groups
• Energetic, organised and reliable
• Clear in your communication and instructions
• Comfortable taking ownership of a session

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Weekend availability

Experience in coaching, sport or working with children is helpful — but not essential.

Once you’ve completed the core modules, you’ll move into practical sessions and start delivering with confidence.
