The Role. Supervisor: A Vagabond Supervisor will be supporting the management team in the daily operation of the shop with style and charisma. They will be driving standards and ensuring that all team members are being trained appropriately and with loads of energy and enthusiasm. They will be the people’s person, filling the role of an agony aunt, high fiver and standards checker. Basically, an all-round legend.

No Sommelier? No Stress! All levels of wine knowledge are welcome. If your expertise stops at "I know I like red," that's cool with us. We offer awesome training to turn you into a wine wizard.

• Loves Service Like They Love Wine: Passionate about delivering totes amaze service and genuinely enjoys chatting with guests. If you can talk about wine, life and snacks in equal measure, you’re our kind of person.
• Is a People Person (and a High-Five Connoisseur): You’re all about the good vibes and human connections. Bonus points if you can high-five in a slow motion dramatic effect.
• Has Style and Trustworthiness (like a peacock in a top hat): You show up sharp, reliable, and ready to rock. Guests trust you. Team members look up to you. Birds envy you.
• Can Lead, Inspire, and Motivate (like a unicorn herding other unicorns): You're the leader who can take a team from ‘good’ to ‘legendary.’ You’ll motivate, guide, you're basically the pied piper minus the weird outfit (unless you want to wear it).

• Wine Wingperson (A.K.A. Guest Experience Guru): You’re the guide on every guest’s journey through the wonderful world of Vagabond. Pouring wine wisdom, making top-notch recommendations, and ensuring no one ever leaves wondering what a tannin is.
• Till Tamer (Master of Buttons and Bites): From ringing up rounds to taking food orders like a pro, you make the tills sing and the orders fly. Swift, smooth, and always with a smile.
• Bar Boss-in-Action: Whether it’s a splash of something sparkling or a carefully crafted cocktail, you serve drinks with confidence and flair—because the bar is your kingdom and you rule with a steady hand and great chat.
• Wine Machine Whisperer: Restocking, resetting, and rescuing machines from mini meltdowns. You're the behind-the-scenes hero keeping the good stuff flowing without a hitch.
• Shift Captain (Ruler of the Floor): You run the shift like a well-oiled grape press—cash handling, service flow, and team vibes all under your expert control.
• Stock Sidekick (The Management’s Secret Weapon): Assisting with orders, counts, and deliveries, you’re always on hand to keep the wine coming and the cellar in check.
• Team Trailblazer: You support, guide, and cheerlead your team like the legend you are. Whether it's training a newbie or boosting morale mid-service, you're the go-to for getting things done.
