Key Requirements

• Must have access to own vehicle and be able to drive colleagues (mileage reimbursed)
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Weekend availability on a rota basis (approximately 1 in 5 weekends)

Additional earning opportunities are available for candidates willing to use their own vehicle to transport team members and for those interested in laundry/ironing work from home.

We are a small, friendly business based in Wellington, Shropshire, and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality bespoke service through our uniformed cleaning teams of 2–3 people, led by a dedicated Team Leader.

The Role

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services within domestic and commercial properties while maintaining our high company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Changing bed linens and making beds
• Replenishing toiletries and household supplies
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and surfaces
• Emptying bins and recycling
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to your Team Leader
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
