  • Leads from the floor and sets the standard through their own energy and enthusiasm
  • Has a genuine interest in Spanish food, wine, drinks and culture
  • Combines exceptional hospitality with strong commercial awareness
  • Is confident managing budgets, labour costs, stock and financial performance
  • Remains calm, organised and decisive in a busy restaurant environment
  • Takes pride in creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work

Previous experience in a Spanish or Mediterranean restaurant would be advantageous, but genuine passion, leadership ability and the right personality are equally important.

The package

  • Genuine scope to develop the team, drinks offering and overall guest experience

If you are an ambitious hospitality professional who loves developing people, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable Spanish dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.
