About us

The Dockyard Social is a small independent business in Glasgow, luckily we've grown a fiercely loyal following over the past couple of years and our business has grown steadily, now we're looking to add to our senior management team -

  • We're about to launch our Summer Dockyard Training academy, focusing on training and developing some of the most in need young adults across Glasgow and helping them forge a future for themselves personally and in employment.

Heading into a busy Summer of service + events we're on the lookout for a seasoned hospitality professional who cares. Ideally we'd like a strong bar / cocktail and Restaurant background to focus primarily on developing our incredibly enthusiastic bar teams, and have a cool head to oversee the daily operations in place of the GM.

Applicants should have experience working in a fast paced hospitality environment, be keen to learn and open to playing a part in developing our bars!

We're open Fri-Sun every weekend (+ mid week for specific events) so weekend availability is a must.

Pay between £29-£31K

Hours 40 per week approx
