Full job description

Sebb’s - bar and restaurant from Scottish restaurant group, Scoop (Ox and Finch, Ka Pao, and Margo) - are recruiting now for talented Chefs de Partie to join our team.

Located at 68 Miller Street, in the basement beneath Margo, Sebb’s is open 7 days. The venue, opened October 2024, seats 84 guests and serves a menu of food cooked over fire in our open kitchen, alongside cocktails, wine on tap and draft beer. Taking inspiration from the revered vinyl bars of Europe, hosting some of Glasgow’s best-loved DJs playing over the bar’s state of the art sound system, making for a lively city centre venue.

With neighbourhood favourite, Ox and Finch, and Southeast Asian influenced, Ka Pao, in Glasgow’s West End, and Margo and Sebb's open in the city centre, Scoop Restaurants Group currently holds four of the seven Michelin Bib Gourmands in Glasgow.
