We provide instant accommodation applications for international students, and the highest quality of education services for Chinese students from secondary schools to graduates.

Our company is based in London with branch offices in Asia. We have cooperated with various of excellent private schools and local real estate agencies in the UK, to provide top consultant services focusing on British private school, undergraduate and postgraduate's applications; British summer/winter camp applications; British school and university pre-visits; guardian services and visa application consultation; and London properties renting.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Business Development to support our growing rental market operations. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing rental properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process—particularly for student housing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new rental property listings, ensuring they align with market and student demand.
  • Communicate with potential renters, respond to inquiries, and coordinate property viewings.
  • Prepare, review, and process lease agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Facilitate smooth tenant transitions, including inspections and necessary documentation.
  • Analyze rental market trends to optimize pricing strategies and improve occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and service providers.
  • Assist in the leasing process while working closely with the legal team to ensure compliance.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to achieving leasing goals.

About you

  • Work hard.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
  • At least one year experience in property management and lettings.
  • Knowledge of property regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday; 9:00-18:00; 8 hours shift
