Duties

• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept spotless, sanitized, and organized to meet health and safety standards
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with ingredient retrieval and utensil organization during busy service times
• Clear and clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain a steady workflow
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to uphold environmental standards
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Support serving staff by clearing tables and assisting with general hospitality duties when needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
• Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
• Previous experience in culinary or hospitality roles such as serving or kitchen support is a plus
