WE’RE HIRING! FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

The White Horse Pub & Desi Grill House

Are you enthusiastic, professional and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We’d love to hear from you!

The White Horse is a friendly, family pub serving delicious Desi grills and curries. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming experience for all our customers.

✨ Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and seating customers on arrival
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout their visit
  • Maintaining cleanliness and general housekeeping standards
  • Assisting in the kitchen when required
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the pub

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, professional and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • One year or more experience in a similar role
  • A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification

Don't have your Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification? No problem! We will provide the training once you start working with us.

Working hours

Our opening hours are:

  • Weekdays: 4:30pm – 9:00pm
  • Weekends: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Flexible shifts can be arranged depending on availability and business needs. Please note that Friday and Saturday availability is essential for this role.
