Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink preparation is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial to ensure compliance with health regulations.
