Daisy Maids Cleaning is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality cleaning services to holiday homes, second properties, and commercial spaces across Suffolk - we cover within 15 miles of Saxmundham. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is perfect for anyone looking for casual, part-time work, self employed — whether you're topping up your income, semi-retired, or managing other commitments. The job also suits school hours.

We are ideally looking for avaliablity between 9.30-4 on a Monday & Friday (2.30/3 on school days) or just Fridays. - with other work available If wanted in the week & weekends.

While we welcome applicants seeking more regular work, please note that due to the seasonal nature of holiday home cleaning, we cannot guarantee consistent hours outside of peak season (this usually falls in January & February) However, we’ll always do our best to offer you the hours you’re looking for through our domestic and commercial cleaning work during quieter periods.

Responsibilities

Clean a variety of homes and properties to a high standard

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all surfaces and fixtures

Restock cleaning supplies as needed

Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns

Follow established cleaning protocols and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Good communication skills

Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights

A positive, can-do attitude
