About us

Breidbakers – Organic, wild yeast bread in an open, busy bakery in the heart of East London, also serving viennoisserie, sweet treats and speciality coffee and supplying bread wholesale to local cafes, shops and restaurants.

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled bread baker to mix, shape and bake our range of sourdough loaves and ciabatta within a highly detailed, technical and precise procedure. We use only flour/grain, water and salt with a strong emphasis on utilising a lot of wholemeal and a variety of grain..

Requirements

-Good overall knowledge and experience of the whole process of sourdough baking.

-Capable of working alone, maintaining a precise workflow and managing your space and time effectively.

-Attention to detail and ability to follow processes with precision.

-Some professional sourdough baking experience and/or a lot of hospitality experience.

Hours

20 hours a week - Sunday and Monday 06.00-16.00
