JOB DESCRIPTION - RETAIL MANAGER

THE POSITION OFFERS

· Salary negotiable, depending experience

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL

· Have retail experience and car knowledge would be advantageous

· Have a pleasant outgoing personality with the ability to talk to customers

· Have a keen interest in cars and Cycles

· Have previous Management experience

· Have determination and enthusiasm driven by the desire to succeed in management

· Be pleasant, friendly and have a positive personality with an ability to communicate effectively both with staff and customers alike

WILCO MOTOSAVE(Company Details)

Shortis Group is a family owned and family run retail sales / trade distribution and fitting bay centres for the motor industry. The company has been trading for over 50 years and has unrivalled experience in automotive parts supply and fitting centres. The Group operate across the UK with a turnover of over £40m.

As a whole the group employs over 600 enthusiastic staff, owns over 180 vehicles and trades from over 75 sites, the majority of which are freehold.

Part of this group is Wilco Motosave who have 26 sites across Yorkshire, Humberside, Lancashire and Lincolnshire. We have a vacancy become available and we are looking for new enthusiastic employees to come and join our team.
