The company has been trading for over 60 years and has unrivalled experience in automotive parts supply and fitting centres. The Group operate across the UK with a turnover of over £40m.

Part of this group is Wilco Motosave who have 26 sites across Yorkshire, Humberside, Lancashire and Lincolnshire. We have a vacancy become available and we are looking for new enthusiastic employees to come and join our team.

Job Description

Wilco Motosave is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fill the position of Mechanic. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles, equipment, and other mechanical devices. The Mechanic will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that all repairs are completed to or within company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles using mechanical knowledge, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues to identify necessary repairs.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.
  • Possess a valid driving license to test drive vehicles after repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
