This role is essential to support some of our most vulnerable and misunderstood clients.
You will help us deliver on our vision: enabling people with learning disabilities to live healthy, fulfilling lives with dignity, independence, and equitable access to healthcare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys problem-solving, and has the confidence to challenge mediocracy. If you are motivated by making a genuine difference and want to develop your career within a supportive, values-driven NHS Trust, this role offers the challenge and purpose you're looking for.
This role is key to ensuring that those with the most complex needs are supported to access specialist mental health hospital care that is appropriate to their needs and is of high quality.
