Registered Nurse - Complex Care

Salisbury, Wiltshire

Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Salisbury)

£33.75 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Day/Night shifts available

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to support a range of clients in Salisbury. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes.

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:
  • Oxygen saturation monitoring
  • Suctioning
  • Airway management
  • Cough assist
  • Ventilation support
  • PEG/JEJ management
  • Epilepsy management
  • Moving and handling
  • Personal care
  • Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

  • Weekend day shifts
  • Weekend night shifts
  • 12-hour shift or shorter calls
  • Driver requirements if applicable
  • Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)

What the Role Involves

  • Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
  • Supporting Client with cooking fresh meals
  • Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
  • Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
  • Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Experience up to 5 years in care settings within the UK

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus

  • £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
  • £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
