Full job description

Support older people to access information and advice and to become better connected with their communities, particularly people who are on a low income, socially isolated, or find it difficult to access services.

Working directly with older people, often visiting people at home, you’ll have a direct impact on their quality of later life, helping to put money into people’s pockets, access services and support and supporting them to become better connected with their communities.

The post covers locations in North Wiltshire.

  • 30-35 hours per week
  • Salary is £27,532 FTE
  • This post is a fixed term contract for 3 years
  • This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and an enhanced level DBS check will be required.
