We have a new opportunity for a Room Attendant to join our hotel, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits which include free onsite parking, free membership to our state of the art gym and golf club, discounted food & beverage and discounted stays within the group.

As our Room Attendant, you should be reliable and committed, with excellent personal presentation. Exceptional attention to detail, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and the ability to work under pressure are also required.

You will need ambition and speed. As a busy hotel and under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager you will need stamina and skill to ensure that rooms are cleaned to the highest of standards required and ready for our guest’s arrival. You are the key to ensuring that the hotel is always ready to welcome its new guests.

Key responsibilities for the Room Attendant are:

  • Ensure that all hotel bedrooms, corridors and public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
  • Ensure that Brand Standards are maintained in bedrooms as per Company policy.
  • Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
  • Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work at an efficient pace to ensure guests rooms are completed on time.
  • Liaise with the linen porters regarding linen and equipment requirements.
  • Be responsible for all cleaning equipment ensuring that it is used, cleaned and maintained correctly.
  • Replenish stock of trolleys and store rooms on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that weekly and monthly cleaning scheduled are adhered to. Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks as instructed.
  • To be aware of Health and Safety and COSHH Regulations within the department and hotel.
