Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaner | £27,300–£30,000+ | Company Van | Full Training Provided | Tablet and growing to upto 36 days holidays once 5 years service and attendance targets met

*** Upto £29-30k can be reached via attendance/loyalty bonus and applied daily travel rates. (Can go significantly higher if additional overtime is carried out at enhanced rates)

Applicants must be based In Perth or within 5 miles of Perth (Please do not apply if you are not)

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Your job will mainly be using a water fed pole system for external window cleaning on residential and commercial properties across Scotland.

The successful applicants will be fully trained to clean other external areas such as facia/soffits/gutters/solar panels and at times other external surfaces.

We need applicants who like working outside in all weathers, throughout all seasons. (Sun, wind, rain, frost and everything in between)

Please do not waste your time or our time if you are not the type who prefers external working and are able to be self motivated as you will be working under your own supervision a large part of the time.

You must be able to work efficiently and enjoy working in different places each day doing the task of window cleaning.

Applicants must be at good working solo and also coming together as a team for larger scale projects.

Ladder work is infrequent but the ability to use a ladder would be seen as an advantage.

Negative people should NOT apply.

We are looking for applicants to be available for overtime and occasional weekend work paid an enhanced rate.

Wages for non supervisor/manager roles start at £27,300 rising to £27,800 after 12-months.

The above salary comes with an additional £800 annual attendances bonus split in 3 payments increasing potential £28,100-£28,600 after 12-months.

(Attendance bonus makes up around £800 additional per year and x 1 additional day off +x 8hrs flexi time to be taken back when it suits)

Direct Shine pay overtime over the contracted 40hrs @ £16 per hour and travel rates to the first job at £16 per hour If the full 40hrs is done each week. (travel rates are an approved list and generally apply to areas over 15-20 minutes from Perth)

Salaries are expected to exceed £29-£30k+due to attendance/loyalty bonus and travel rates paid on certain areas.

Direct Shine have a generous holiday package of 29 days growing by 1 days holiday for each year of service upto a maximum of 34 days. (additional day if attendance targets met)

If attendance bonus met this can also add a further 4 days per year to the holidays.

Standard work pattern is Monday to Friday but overtime may be required at times with prior notice given and flexibilty to work Saturdays at times may be required at certain times in the year. (Paid at the enhanced rate)

Once trained a company van, fuel card, pension scheme and tablet will be issued to the successful applicant. (Tablet is to operate the company systems and Job routes)

Applicants should be good communicators, an eye for detail, and be physically fit.
