Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser (Self-Employed)

About Us NN Commercial Cleaning Ltd is a rapidly growing commercial window cleaning company serving over 3,500 active clients across the UK. As we expand our Northampton hub, we are looking for motivated, resilient, and talkative individuals to join our front-line canvassing team.

The Role This isn’t a complicated job, but it requires consistency and commitment. You are the face of the company. Your mission is simple: walk the local streets, knock on doors, and ask the simple question: "Would you like your windows cleaned this week?" Transport: You will be provided with a company car for the team to travel to and from territories. While not strictly required to start, holding a full UK Driving License is highly preferred and opens up significant opportunities for progression within the company. High-Performance Pay Structure We believe in rewarding the people who drive our growth. Your pay is designed to increase as you hit your stride: Starting Rate: £13.50 per hour. Performance Spike: Once you hit your daily target, your rate increases to £17.00 per hour. The £500 Bonus: For every £500 worth of cleans you book in, you earn a £100 cash bonus.

Key Responsibilities Door-to-Door Outreach: Engaging with residents and business owners in assigned territories. Lead Generation: Booking in residential and commercial window cleans for our service teams. Daily Reporting: Tracking your door knocks and successful bookings to ensure your bonuses are calculated accurately. Team Travel: Utilizing the company vehicle to reach daily targets efficiently. What We’re Looking For The "Gift of Gab": You are comfortable walking up to a door and starting a conversation. Resilience: You have a positive attitude and aren't deterred by rejection. Self-Motivation: Since you’ll be in the field, you need the drive to keep moving without constant supervision. Driving License: Preferred (not essential) for future progression.
