Window Fitter – Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Southwest London (Workshop in KT9 1TH)
Pay: £45,000 - £55,000
Company Van, Tools & Fuel Provided

About Us

Todi and Boys is a family-run business with over 20 years of experience in crafting and installing high-quality wooden sash and casement windows. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Window Fitter to join our team—without the hassle of self-employment! We provide job security, a steady income, and all the tools you need to deliver high-quality installations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full-time, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), with overtime available.
Start at our workshop in Southwest London to collect materials
Travel to client sites in a company-provided van with all tools & materials covered
Prepare work areas with dust and damage protection (training provided)
Remove and install high-quality timber windows and doors
External finishing (sand and cement pointing preferred)
Internal finishing, including architrave installation and minor decorating repairs
Ensure a clean, professional finish by thoroughly cleaning up after each job

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of window fitting experience
Ability to work with precision and maintain high-quality workmanship
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to installations
Physical stamina to handle manual tasks associated with window fitting
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to commute to KT9 1TH reliably or relocate before starting
