Window Cleaner

Salary: £28,860 – £34,632 per annum

Location: Windermere

Our client is seeking an experienced Window Cleaner to join their dedicated team as soon as possible. This role offers good rates of pay with guaranteed hours, providing stability and a conducive work environment from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. As the ideal candidate, you will be based locally in Windermere, as our client is unable to provide accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out window cleaning services to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Window Cleaner or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Local resident of Windermere or surrounding areas.
