Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Duties

  • Safely operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas
  • Clean windows on both the interior and exterior of buildings, ensuring streak-free finishes
  • Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions and follow safety protocols at all times
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storing equipment properly after use
  • Drive company vehicles to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards
  • Complete daily work reports detailing completed tasks and any issues encountered during the job

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for driving between job sites
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and reporting progress or issues
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
