Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials in restrooms and cleaning stations
  • Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled shifts to uphold the facility’s cleanliness standards

Experience

  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment at all times

Pay: £12.95-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.5 – 7.0 per week
