Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented and reliable? Do you take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness? Do you have a bubbly personality? If so, we’d love to have you on our team. We are looking for enthusiastic cleaners and office staff who can ensure that every space they clean meets our high standards. We are looking for vibrant personalities over cleaning experience. This role includes cleaning short-term lets, such as Airbnb properties, and may offer additional hours based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising
• Effectively communicate with colleagues to ensure each assignment is completely thoroughly
• Perform all duties honestly following health and safety regulations.
• Deliver high quality, efficient, and courteous service
• Performs additional project work as assigned by the Team Leader when required, such as oven/grill cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, kitchen cabinet/drawer cleaning, window cleaning etc
• Flexibility for last-minute minute cleaning assignments, particularly for short-term lets, preferred.
• Complete assignments in the allotted time
• For short-term lets, restock all consumables, report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas that might need improving/attention, photograph any issues, leave the property in a perfect “hotel ready” stay condition

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Live in or near Liverpool
• Authorisation to work in the UK
• Have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• A valid DBS check, or ability to pass one
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to think flexibly in varying situations
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills while delivering exceptional customer service
• Friendly personality
