Full job description

Reach & Wash window cleaning operative required for scheduled visits to Residential & Commercial properties.

Experience in window cleaning is preferred but not essential.

You will need to live within a 5 mile radius of the Redditch area and be able to turn up to our office each day.

working days are 8 am - 5pm Mon - Fri

You must have a clean manual driving licence and have held it for a minimum of 5 years and be over 25 years of age due to insurance purposes.

Occasional saturdays

You will need to be reliable, honest, of smart appearance and hold a Full UK driving license

You must be willing to work hard and be able to deal with the day to day work, be able to think out of the box for problem solving.

You need to have a pro-active attitude and be physically fit.

You will need to be able to work efficiently in a team and also on your own.

We are looking for someone who looks and acts professional, and who comes across overall as lovely to their customers!

Quality over quantity: someone who takes pride in their work and provides a high quality service for each clean is essential

Experience in this work is preffered.

The work is physically demanding, so keeping up with the pace of the job is a must

Use of company van for routine scheduled works on Residential & Commercial property in and around the local area.

Company van, Uniform and full training will be provided.

Monthly performance and attendance related bonus after trial period.

We will need someone to start ASAP
