Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Window Cleaner. The Window Cleaner is responsible for the daily cleaning of windows, As a Window Cleaner, you will be working at height sometimes but not often, outdoors and will be required to clean windows under various weather conditions and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

* applicants must be prepared to work in all weather conditions

Duties will include

* window cleaning using reach and wash

* uploading and downloading worksheets

* gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning and some pressure washing and roof cleaning

The right candidate will have

* good attention to detail

* Reliable and punctual

* Motivated

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* experience is not essential but preference will be given to experienced applicants

* Flexible with working hours

Salary: £25,000.00-£35.000.00 plus per year

Qualifications

  • Window Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning skills is a bonus
  • Experience with Contract Cleaning
  • Working at Height experience and knowledge of safety procedures and equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the maintenance industry is a plus
  • Valid Clean driver's license
  • 25 and over due to insurance
