Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Window Cleaning Supervisor to join our specialist vertical cleaning division at a static site in London.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong working-at-height experience who can lead by example, maintain high service standards and support the effective delivery of specialist window cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and undertake specialist window cleaning activities.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Operate cradles and work on multi-storey buildings.
  • Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance requirements.
  • Promote compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and client requirements.
  • Support the manager in maintaining service standards and operational performance.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and assist in resolving issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and cover operational requirements as needed.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working at height and on high-rise buildings.
  • SAEMA Level 1 qualification (essential).
  • IPAF and PASMA qualifications desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and take responsibility.
  • Professional approach with excellent customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence desirable.

Normal working hours are 6am - 2pm howver flexible hours may be required. Vehicle will not be provided so candidate would be expected to arrange their own transport to work

Pay: £19.25 per hour
