Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Commercial Window Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of large commercial buildings by expertly cleaning windows and surfaces. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our clients’ properties look their best, creating a positive impression for visitors and tenants alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills, and contribute to a professional service that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate cleaning equipment
  • Clean windows on commercial buildings of various heights using a reach and wash system
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by removing dirt, smudges, fingerprints, and other marks from glass surfaces.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues while working
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep detailed records of completed work, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record to travel between job sites efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and clients.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate work safely and interact positively with clients.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift equipment, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor maintenance role is preferred.
