Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves working at various heights and requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that all windows are cleaned to the highest standard. A valid driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel to different locations.

Responsibilities

  • Clean windows for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a streak-free finish.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times, particularly when working at heights.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build rapport with clients and encourage repeat business.

Experience

  • Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
