Full job description

We’re looking for a reliable, self-driven operative to join our team working across commercial sites. This role is mainly builders cleans and sparkle cleans, plus commercial property cleaning, window cleaning, and driving a company van between jobs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work and can get on with the job without being micromanaged.

The role includes:

  • Builders cleans / sparkle cleans (post-construction and post-refurb)
  • Commercial property cleaning (offices, communal areas, general sites)
  • Window cleaning (internal/external where safe and appropriate)
  • Loading/unloading equipment and materials
  • Driving a company van to and from jobs / between sites
  • Working as part of a team or on your own depending on the job

Hours:

  • Must be very flexible
  • Hours are not set — work can vary week to week
  • Early starts, later finishes, and occasional weekend work may be required depending on site deadlines

What we’re looking for:

  • Hardworking and dependable
  • Self-driven and able to work on your own initiative
  • Good attention to detail (sparkle cleans need a proper finish)
  • Comfortable with physical work (moving equipment, repetitive tasks)
  • Professional and respectful on customer sites

Experience:

  • Cleaning experience is preferred (builders cleans / commercial cleaning is ideal)
  • Window cleaning experience is a bonus (training can be provided depending on your level)

Driving:

  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Confident driving a van (route planning, punctual, safe driving)
