Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Window Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows, frames, and uPVC for both residential and commercial properties within the local area.

Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to learn a hands-on trade, we provide the equipment and support needed to deliver a brilliant service to our clients.

Please note: This role starts on a zero-hours contract with guaranteed minimums, leading to a permanent, full-time position with a £28k annual salary upon successful completion of your initial training/probationary period.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Exterior & Interior Cleaning: Clean windows, doors, gutters, fascia's, and conservatories, including frames and sills, ensuring a spotless finish.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilise reach-and-wash water-fed pole systems, as well as traditional window cleaning methods where required.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Work efficiently and safely at various heights using ladders and specific access equipment.
  • Property Inspections: Inspect windows and frames during cleaning, noting and reporting any damage or maintenance issues to the client or supervisor.
  • Customer Service: Act as a positive face of the company, communicating politely and effectively with clients to understand and meet their specific requirements.
  • Vehicle & Kit Care: Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the company vehicle and cleaning equipment.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in window cleaning or commercial cleaning is desirable, but not essential as full comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Safety Mindset: Comfort and confidence working at heights safely.
  • Key Skills: High attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Physical Fitness: Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift, move equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is required.

  • Salary/Rate: This role is starting on a zero hours contract with a minimum of 2 weeks work per month, leading to full time £28k salary
  • Hours: 0 hours leading to Full-time Monday to Friday
