Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces according to specified standards.
• Restock consumables such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap dispensers as needed.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or contamination.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous.
