Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently cleaning windows and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

We are a large, reputable external cleaning company based in Stafford. Established over 20 years ago and boasting a large customer base and modern vans and equipment.

You will be joining a forever growing company that offers job security, future prospects and a work life balance you’ve always wanted.

You will be working as part of a team of 10. Covering an area up to 50 miles from our base in Stafford. Travel time is included as a part of your working day.

MUST be physically and mentally resilient as the job is very physically demanding and we work in most weather conditions.

MUST reliably be able to arrive at the unit to collect van between 7am/8am to commute to first job of the day, ready for an 8am start. Only apply if you live within a 15mile radius.

Responsibilities:

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using specialized tools and equipment

- Remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows to ensure a spotless finish

- Safely operate ladders and other equipment to access windows at various heights

- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area

Following a successful probation period you will be trained to carry out other service we offer, such as; Gutter Vac clearing, Fascia & Soffit cleaning and conservatory roof cleaning.

Qualifications:

- Valid Full UK Driver's License with a clean driving record

- Ability to drive to different job sites as required

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and operating equipment.

- Previous experience as a window cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not required
