Duties

  • Clean windows on both the interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
  • Use ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely to reach high or difficult areas
  • Inspect windows for damage or issues and report any concerns promptly
  • Maintain safety standards by wearing protective gear and following established procedures
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage cleaning equipment, supplies, and waste disposal responsibly
  • Drive company vehicles to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure

Skills

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between sites
  • Fluency in English for clear communication with team members and clients
  • Strong customer service skills to build positive relationships and address client requests professionally
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting on job progress
  • Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or scaffolding
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks efficiently over extended periods
