Door-to-Door Canvasser – Window & Gutter Cleaning | Self-Employed
South London | Recruitment area: Streatham, SW16
Starting at £14 per hour + performance bonuses | Potential increase to £18 per hour after one month

Enjoy meeting people and turning a good conversation into a sale? Join NN Cleaning’s canvassing operation and work alongside our existing team of four, promoting window and gutter cleaning services door to door.

We’re looking for motivated, reliable people who communicate confidently, handle rejection professionally and take pride in bringing in genuine customers. Initial training and support will be provided by our team.

The opportunity

  • Self-employed role, starting at £14 per hour.
  • A performance review after one month, with the possibility of increasing to £18 per hour depending on results. The increase is not automatic or guaranteed.
  • £100 bonus for every £500 in qualifying confirmed customer sales you generate. Unconfirmed leads do not qualify; the qualifying sales and payment arrangements will be explained before you start.
  • Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm.
  • By prior agreement, one or two weekdays may be exchanged for weekend working.
  • Additional paid hours may be available where agreed and justified by the work.
  • Initial training, ongoing team support and company transport from an agreed meeting point to the canvassing areas.

  • Speak with residents at their doors and explain our window and gutter cleaning services clearly.
  • Generate quality leads and customer sales, recording accurate details.
  • Work with the team leader, follow the planned areas and provide clear updates.
  • Represent the company professionally and help build a positive, productive team.

Who we’re looking for

  • Reliable, punctual and motivated people with strong communication skills.
  • Proven door-to-door canvassing or sales experience is highly valued.
  • A full driving licence is an advantage.
  • Availability to make your own way to the agreed team meeting point each working day, ready to depart together at 9am.

Daily travel
You must arrange your own travel to and from the agreed meeting point. From there, the team travels together in the company van. Home collection is not provided. The meeting location will be confirmed before you accept the role.
