Exterior Cleaning Operative – Full-Time + Commission

Location: Hertfordshire, Essex & surrounding areas

Company: Your House Wash Limited

Salary: £18,000 base + commission (OTE £30,000–£38,000+)

Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm; Saturdays 8:00am–12:00pm (2 Saturdays per month minimum)

Employment Type: Full-time PAYE employee | Includes pension

Your House Wash is a growing, professional exterior cleaning company. We specialise in high-quality residential services—window cleaning, roof cleaning, render treatments, gutter clearing, jet washing, and more. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, great results, and a positive, team-focused environment.

The Role

As an Exterior Cleaning Operative, you’ll be out on the road each day, visiting customers and delivering excellent service across a range of exterior cleaning tasks, including:

· Water-fed pole window cleaning

· Roof and render softwashing

· Gutter clearing

· Driveway, patio, fascia, soffit, and cladding cleaning

· Jet washing

· Representing our brand in a friendly and professional way

What We’re Looking For

· A positive, can-do attitude – negativity spreads like wildfire

· Good timekeeping, self-motivation, and pride in your work

· Physically fit, with a willingness to work outdoors in all weathers

· A clean and tidy work ethic – “do it once, do it right”

· A team player who can also work independently

· Comfortable working at height and using ladders

· No experience needed – we’ll fully train the right person.

· Driving licence is essential.

What You’ll Get
