Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and conscientious cleaners to support our two sites in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. The premises include offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, toilets, small kitchens, and light warehouse areas.

As staff will be on site during cleaning times, the role requires someone who can work considerately around others and maintain a professional presence, ensuring that normal business activities are not disrupted.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment, including:

  • Cleaning and tidying offices, desks (where clear), and meeting rooms
  • Cleaning reception areas and communal spaces
  • Cleaning and sanitising office and warehouse toilets
  • Cleaning small kitchen / kitchenette areas (worktops, sinks, microwaves, external fridge surfaces)
  • Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
  • Emptying bins and replacing liners
  • Dusting surfaces, skirting boards, window ledges, and touch points
  • Cleaning internal glass (e.g. meeting room partitions, doors)
  • Providing immediate response cleaning for spills or incidents during operational hours
  • Acting as an on-site facilities support presence during working hours, responding to ad-hoc requests from staff
  • Managing and monitoring internal consumables stock levels, including placing requests for re-ordering via internal systems
  • Assisting with room setup and reset for meetings or internal events (e.g. arranging furniture, ordering and clearing refreshments)
  • Spot cleaning walls, doors, and switches as needed
  • Reporting any maintenance issues
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
