Window Cleaning jobs in Dunfermline

East Coast Window Cleaners are looking for an assistant manager to help run our small window cleaning business. Based in Kirkcaldy and operating throughout Fife, the ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative with good problem solving skills to resolve issues quickly.

As assistant manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver a high standard of service and achieve efficiency targets. Previous window cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Candidates must have:

• Clean driver's licence
• Minimum of one years managerial experience
• A basic level of maths and English

This is a physical job that requires some heavy lifting.

this job is available for either 30hrs or 37.5hrs per week

Salary £420 (30hrs)

salary £538 (37.5hrs)

£150 monthly performance bonus (£200 for 37.5hr position)

22.4 days holiday per year (26 days after five years)

28 days holiday per year (33 days after 5 years) 37.5hrs position
