Builders Cleaner

GMS Cleaning Services are a commercial cleaning company based in Glasgow. The business has contracts with some of the leading housebuilders, construction and refurb contractors in the west of Scotland.

We are looking for operatives to undertake builders and sparkle cleans before projects are handed over to clients. Usually this comprises of a builders clean on completion, a second clean after snagging and a sparkle clean immediately before client entry.

We are looking for candidates for sites within the Glasgow and surrounding areas including North Ayrshire.

Ideally you will have cleaning experience on building sites and also some window cleaning experience. Full training will be given to the suitable candidate.

34 hours per week. Mon-Thurs 8am-3.20pm, Fri 8am-2.20am.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow, Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
