Job Description:

Kaizen FM Group Ltd trading as Direct Cleaning (https://directcleaninggroup.co.uk/) are seeking an experienced and dedicated Industrial Cleaner / Window Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis. This role requires strong expertise in a wide range of industrial cleaning tasks and is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience. We are looking for an individual with the right work attitude — someone who is not work-shy, shows initiative, and brings valuable transferable skills to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality industrial cleaning services, including window cleaning for commercial properties.
  • Carry out pressure washing, gutter clearing, and other external cleaning services.
  • Cover our contract office cleaners
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers and gutter vacs.
  • Safely use cherry pickers and scissor lifts for elevated cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Maintain and clean all equipment after use, ensuring it’s in good working order.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial cleaning, including window cleaning, with transferable skills gained in similar industries such as height-safety work, advanced cleaning environments, or supervisory-level roles.
  • Proficiency in pressure washing and gutter clearing.
  • Experience operating cherry pickers and scissor lifts.
  • IPAF certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
  • Full UK driving license preferred.
