Exterior Cleaning Operative

£26,000–£30,000 per year + performance bonuses + tips

Kraken Cleaning is a small, growing exterior cleaning company covering Somerset and Devon. We specialise in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and a range of other exterior cleaning services.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated individual to join our growing business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being active and seeing the results of their work. The role is varied, with the opportunity to learn new skills and take on more responsibility as you develop.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out exterior cleaning work at residential and commercial properties across Somerset and Devon.

The work can include:

  • Window cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Roof cleaning
  • Working from ladders
  • Working from MEWPs
  • Other exterior cleaning and maintenance work

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is hardworking, reliable and punctual
  • Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
  • Is comfortable working independently
  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
  • Enjoys working outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Has a head for heights
  • Has good communication and customer service skills
  • Has previous exterior cleaning experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • Holds a full, clean UK driving licence – essential
