Window Cleaner

Pay: From £26,000 per year + bonuses

Location: Suffolk (with occasional travel across the UK)

Company: TLC Domestic Cleaning Ltd

Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday (some early starts and flexibility needed)

Contract: Initial 6-month contract with a 3-month probation. Opportunity to become permanent.

About Us

TLC Domestic Cleaning Ltd provides professional exterior cleaning services for both commercial and domestic customers.

We work on everything from local homes across Suffolk to large national retail sites. As the business grows, we’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Window Cleaner to join the team.

The Job

You’ll be carrying out a mix of commercial and residential exterior cleaning work, including:

* Window cleaning using water-fed pole systems

* Traditional window cleaning when required

* Cleaning windows on commercial sites such as supermarkets and retail stores

* Domestic window cleaning on established rounds

* Clearing gutters and basic roofline cleaning

* Keeping equipment and the work vehicle clean and well maintained

* Taking photos and basic job notes after work is completed

Most days you’ll be working independently, but sometimes you’ll work as part of a team on larger commercial jobs.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

* Is reliable and takes pride in their work

* Is comfortable working outdoors and at height

* Can communicate well with customers and site managers

* Is organised and able to work independently

* Holds a full UK driving licence

Window cleaning experience is ideal but not essential — full training can be provided for the right person.

Extra qualifications like IPAF, PASMA or Working at Height are a bonus but not required.
