Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows for residential and commercial properties, using reach and wash window cleaning equipment.

This is a physically demanding role that requires occasional working at heights and using ladders. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working outdoors in all weather, we encourage you to apply.

Start time is 7:30 AM. Weekly hours are up to 42.5, with overtime paid at time and a half.

Duties:

  • Clean windows for residential and commercial properties using industry-leading tools and equipment
  • Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from glass surfaces
  • Occasional ladder work
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed when working at heights
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
  • Driving your own company van to various properties
  • Cleaning and emptying gutters & fascia

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Window Cleaner is preferred but not required - we hire for attitude and train for skill
  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
