Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Window Cleaner, Jetwashing, and Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of residential and commercial properties through professional window cleaning, high-pressure jetwashing, and gutter clearing. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our clients’ properties look their best while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Perform window cleaning on various types of buildings using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results
  • Operate jetwashing equipment to clean driveways, patios, walls, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
  • Clear gutters by removing debris manually or with specialized tools to prevent blockages and water damage
  • Safely use ladders, scaffolding, or cherry pickers to access hard-to-reach areas while adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on property maintenance
  • Maintain all equipment in good working order through regular inspections and proper storage
  • Complete job reports detailing work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the job

Qualifications

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record is preferred for ease of travel between sites
  • Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Previous experience in window cleaning, jetwashing, or gutter clearing is advantageous but not essential—training will be provided
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Good customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures related to working at heights and operating cleaning equipment
