What You’ll Be Doing

  • Industrial cleaning & steam/pressure jetting
  • Petrol forecourt & canopy cleaning
  • Grounds maintenance (ride-ons, zero turns, etc.)
  • Gutter cleaning (SkyVac & MEWPs)
  • Window, gulley & drainage cleaning
  • Small external repairs & painting
  • Commercial building cleans (warehouses, showrooms, councils)
  • Completing reports & photos via company iPhone/iPad
  • Daily vehicle & equipment checks

Working Pattern

  • Nationwide travel
  • Working away is essential (Sun–Thurs or Mon–Fri depending on project)
  • Days and occasional nights as required

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Water jetting experience preferred (training provided)
  • IPAF / PASMA / CSCS desirable (training available for the right candidate)
  • City & Guilds QCF Level 2 Cleaning & Support Services
  • NVQ2 Cleaning Windows , Glass & Façade Services
  • SPA/PIA training required (can be arranged)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
