Window Cleaner – Immediate Start and Full Training Available

Looking for an active outdoor role with the opportunity to start quickly? Trial days are available now, and suitable candidates could begin immediately.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our professional window-cleaning team on a self-employed basis.

Previous window-cleaning experience is welcome but not essential. Full practical training will be provided for candidates who have the right attitude, are willing to learn and take pride in doing a good job.

You will be trained to use traditional window-cleaning equipment and professional water-fed pole systems safely and effectively.

What the Role Involves

  • Cleaning windows, frames and glass surfaces
  • Learning traditional and water-fed pole cleaning methods
  • Producing a professional, streak-free finish
  • Using ladders and working at height when required
  • Following company health and safety procedures
  • Communicating politely and professionally with customers
  • Working independently and alongside the team
  • Taking care of professional equipment
  • Completing each job efficiently and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

You must:

  • Be reliable, punctual and ready to work
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Have access to a vehicle
  • Be aged 25 or over due to vehicle insurance requirements
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
  • Be able to lift equipment and use ladders
  • Be confident working independently
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be available to start quickly

Experience in window cleaning, exterior cleaning or a similar practical role would be helpful, but it is not required because training will be provided.

This is a self-employed position with the opportunity to join a busy, growing team and develop valuable professional cleaning skills.
