Lee's Window Cleaning Services is a small family business based in Littlethorpe, Leicester. We have been operating for over 10 years in the Leicestershire area with over 1,000 regular customers. We mainly clean windows using the traditional method (squeegee and mop) but also have a water-fed pole system. Along with window cleaning we also offer other services such as gutter clearing and cleaning, fascia cleaning, gutter repairs, conservatory roof cleaning and patio/driveway cleaning.

Your job will mainly be cleaning domestic windows using the traditional method. You will also be expected to complete gutters clears and cleans, fascia cleans etc.

The successful candidate must:-

  • Have good communication skills in order to interact with customers on a daily basis.
  • Be fit and active as this is a physically demanding job due to going up and down ladders and carrying ladders on a daily basis.
  • Be comfortable with working at heights.
  • Be a team player as will be mainly working in a team of 2 or 3.
  • Driving licence essential
  • Agree to a DBS check due to work on schools, carehomes etc.
  • Have a great work ethic.

We are looking for someone who has a positive, can-do attitude, likes to work outside in all weathers and takes pride in their work.

No experience needed as full training will be provided.

Pay will depend on experience and is reviewed regularly.

Hours are generally 8am - 4.30pm with 30 minutes lunch.

Contracted minimum 130 hours per month.

Long Service Bonus - starting at 2 years service
