Job Summary
RM Contractors (UK) Ltd is currently seeking dedicated Window Cleaning Specialists to join our team at the prestigious East Midlands Designer Outlet. Working in partnership with McArthur Glen, we maintain the highest standards of facility management and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute professional window cleaning services throughout the outlet centre:
  • Brand and landlord window cleaning
  • Interior and exterior glass surface maintenance
  • High-level window cleaning
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests
  • Report any glass damage or maintenance issues to supervisors
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of window cleaning equipment
  • Follow health and safety protocols
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies
  • Work collaboratively with team members and outlet staff

Skills and Requirements

  • Previous window cleaning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with high-level cleaning equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and mobility
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
