Now, here's what we're looking for in the perfect candidate:

• Over 21 with a Full, Clean UK Driving Licence: Minimum 3 years of driving experience (as required by our fleet insurance policy)
• Exceptional Timekeeping
• English Speaking: Confident, professional, and friendly attitude with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to Learn: Ability to work in a team or independently and maintain high standards

We're seeking someone who wants to work smarter, who is ambitious and goes the extra mile to ensure our customers receive "An Exceptional Service Experience, With A Perfect Finish Every Time™". Attention to detail and problem-solving are key.

The role is 80% outside, mainly working alone, so it's crucial to have the right mindset to manage your time productively. You'll be cleaning windows, gutters, roofs, and more for both residential and commercial customers, year-round. Our crew uses company vans to get to each jobsite, typically leaving home with enough time to start a job at 8 am, though early starts are sometimes necessary.
