Job description
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be part of a facilities service team providing a comprehensive cleaning provision for the outlet. All staff are required to be fully committed and take full ownership in how you undertake the daily tasks required. We require staff who can deliver a professional service that fully aligns with the demanding expectations and aspirations of our client. Full training will be provided to ensure all required competencies are met. It is expected the workday will commence around 6am and finish in the afternoon. The working week will cover weekends and bank holidays, when applicable. A rota will be agreed to provide a 5-day week cover over a 7-day period. This programme of work will be equitable for all staff members to provide a continuous cover for the work activities to be undertaken. We use the latest deionised water reach and wash technology which is mounted on an electrically powered utility terrain vehicle (UTV), to provide superior cleaning and eliminate manual handing and working at height hazards.
Key requirements of the role:

● Provide a safe and seamless operation to support the Outlet’s core business.
● Ensure the operation covers a 7-day week, 365-day provision.
● Work within a planned window cleaning framework but having flexibility to respond to any emerging issues.
● Actively participate in the ‘Investors in People’ initiative
● Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and be accountable for subsequent Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) outcomes.
● The company has ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation. All staff are required to be able to plan their own work, carry this out safely and effectively,

review the outcomes and adopt the processes should there be any opportunities for improvement.

● Undertake formal weekly audits using iAuditor
● Work within the guidance of the Employee Handbook
● Provide a comprehensive maintenance service. This includes: o Day-to-day window cleaning of all Brands. management buildings and waste processing

● The Facilities Management Team at McArthurGlen (However, the direct line management rests with RM Contractors (UK) Ltd)

Desirable Qualifications
● A good general standard of education

Previous Experience
● Working within a maintenance, construction, or cleaning background
● Provision of a service that has defined outcomes and be able to deliver to those requirements
