Full job description

Initial responsibilities will be working as a new build house cleaner. But for the right candidate there is the option to help this new business grow with a view to a fast track promotion to management.

Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in various settings, Mainly on a new build development .
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings as needed

Must have a construction CSCS Card
