Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner and bring sparkle and clarity to our clients’ buildings! This energetic role involves cleaning windows (mainly residential properties) of various heights and sizes, ensuring a pristine appearance that enhances the overall look. You’ll be an essential part of maintaining our reputation for excellence, delivering outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

  • Safely operate cleaning equipment to wash windows using appropriate safety measures and tools
  • Occasional use of ladders to access hard-to-reach windows, following all safety protocols
  • Clean exterior glass surfaces efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job to ensure safety and readiness for next tasks
  • Keep detailed records of completed jobs, including locations and specific client requests
  • Drive owned van to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen carefully and respond professionally
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks safely and efficiently with team members
  • Ability to work at heights using ladders and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Prior experience in window cleaning or related service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents or injuries
