Hydrashine is a specialist exterior cleaning business based in Ashford. We provide high-quality window cleaning, gutter clearance, and conservatory maintenance for a loyal customer base. The Opportunity: No Experience Necessary
You don't need to have cleaned a single window to apply for this role. We provide full, comprehensive training on our water-fed pole systems and safety protocols. What we do require is a strong work ethic, an outgoing and friendly personality, and a willingness to learn. This role is customer-facing every single day, so how you come across matters just as much as the work itself.

Key Requirements:

• Age 21+: For insurance purposes, candidates must be at least 21 years old.
• Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
• Outdoor Experience: While not essential, if you have experience working outdoors (e.g., landscaping, construction, or similar), this is a significant advantage.
• Comfort with Heights: You must be happy using ladders to access flat roofs and higher points.

The Role
Following your initial training, you will be out in the field representing Hydrashine. You will be responsible for:

• Cleaning windows using modern water-fed pole (WFP) systems.
• Clearing gutters and washing fascias, soffits, and conservatory roofs.
• Managing your daily round independently while staying connected to the team.
• Interacting with customers on-site to ensure they are happy with the service.
